does anyone know how hard it is to fit a sr20det engine from a nissan silvia s13 or 14 into a 79' 280 zx? has anyone tried it or heard of someone trying it?

i originally planned on putting the engine in a 89 240 sx, and kinda still want to, the thought just crossed my mind about the 280, thanks for the help.

someone put a rb26dett in a 240z, and i think i've heard of people putting the sr20's into Z as well its all a matter of how much time/money you are willing to invest.

SR20DET's are awesome in Zeds ... the engine sits behind the crossmember and is way lighter because it is all alloy
