The only two spots I have seen them are in the lower front corner of the door, and in the "kick pannel" up next to where your feet are. Sorry I don't have any pix.

 

i dont like the rear speaker panels they sell thru MSA or victoria british.. they point straight forwards. try getting two 6x9s in boxes pointing along the top curve of the roof of the car.. its a great acoustic trick, and i dont even really feel the need for a front channel. you just need good rears, and they need to be pointed along the roofline.
