So i am looking to buy a 280z soon....

I just need help with pricing and what a good deal is...I am looking at a mechanically sound $1000 one with horrible exterior, and possibly interior; or a very nice looking stock one where the only problem is a lemon sized rust hole in passenger side footwell...otherwise the thing looks really nice. Stock AC still works. I think I could get it 4k hes asking 4.7k.

Just so new to these new cars I need a good deal. Thanks!

It's all relative to your location, what's available, the condition, and how much the seller wants. If you are lucky you can find a 280z for several hundred bones.

i just bought a 78 280z. with on 61k miles on the motor and chassis for only 600 bucks! the lady just wanted to get rid of it. its not running now. it turns over like it wants to start. but i need to take all the old gas out, and put new oil in and do some minor stuff, and it should start right up(in a perfect world of course). just keep looking around! i had to drive 2 and a half hours to go get it with my dad and his 18 foot trailer to haul it back.
