Rebuilding thoughts
 

I was thinking on rebuilding my L28 on my '75 280Z. I was thinking about going with a P90 head mated to a F54 block. Good idea? Bad idea? I want to keep the EFI system intact and maybe put a different 5-speed in than what I have now. It has such a short throw that sometimes it is easy to get it in the wrong gear. Any idea which year ZX transmission had a nice long throw? Thanks in advance.
