The R180 was not available as a LSD unit in the Z cars. Heck if you lived in Australia, not even the Z31 Turbo's had LSD's....
The competition R180 LSD is $900USD from Courtesy Nissan.

Ya, the R180 was only used up to the early 80's and Nissan didn't have an LSD that I know of.
It was first used in the 1987-89 300ZX Turbo as a 3.7:1 ratio R200 LSD.
