NEW MISFIRE ON BRAND NEW ENGINE

I got a new engine in my '70 240z-E31 head with the whole works, 280zx turbo block, and flat top pistons. It pushed out over 11:1 compression and was detonating on 93 Octane with
booster so I had to pull the head and put in a HKS 2mm metal head gasket. It ran beautifully last night, but today around noon when I cranked it up and took it out, its not firing on one cylinder. I pulled each plug and tested them, they all produce a strong spark-so that's not the problem. Is it possible that after being run once with the new gasket, that once it cooled down overnight that antifreeze was able to seep into one of the cylinders to keep a plug from firing? I was planning on retorquing the head tomorrow morning to compensate for head bolt stretch after the first run, in hopes that if this was the problem, that it would seal it up. Does anyone know if there is any particular torque rating for this metal gasket? I tightened it to 65lbs.

Did the headgasket come with an particular instructions on instalation. Your misfire could be the fuel mixture. What kind of carbs are you running. What does the plug look like. When you torqued the head bolts did you do it in 2 increments of around 32 and then 33lbs or one full torquing for each bolt?

What turns? There all straight to my Z
