so this is my 2nd 260z and for how rare these are up in my neck of the woods i wont be letting this one go...
ive always looked at the 260z never a 240 or a 280

here is the first pic that i got of the car, and ill be posting my progress each day



now after a bit of work i got swapped over some 300zx wheels and rims just so i can roll it around



now time for gutting the interior







tomorrow i plan to have the rest of it fully gutted then next on to to motor and drive train

I'm almost certain those are 300zx wheels. Lots of rust, take care of that first!!

oh **** i should correct thta yes they are from a 82 to be exact lol...
i hope motor and trans come out first today, the rust inside is really surface rust so i lucked out

motor and trans out, going to be selling both of them off, L26 and 4 spd manual

didnt get to much done this weekend, i was out at the lake before it starts to get to cold...



tomorrow ill be cleaning out motor bay and start stripping the body,

i seen a list of where to buy from shops on here and i cant find it no more can someone plz hit me up with that link

motor bay now that the leafs and all the rud is all washed out some what,

so after a hour i now have the pass fender off and light assy. as well as air vent sections...

as its all coming apart what do i find... a ****en black widow spider right next to my hand, scared the hell out of me!

F ing crazy!!! On the spider good thing it didnt get you lol. Cant wait to see thek car finished!

if your gonna get stuck.... might as well get 2 other trucks stuck with you and your SUV....

Had to chuckle a bit when I saw the picture, at least you had company ! looks like a parking lot got flooded. I'm Guessing you managed to get everyone unstuck ? Nice work on the car so far, close call on the Black Widow, I really hate those things and they get into everything, we have a lot of them where I live in Idaho. When I was little my grandparents still had an outhouse, and that thing had spiders in it.... scary stuff. Keep up the work and keep posting pics of your progress !

yah we got the trucks n my suv out, but it took 2 tractors and a tow truck with a 25,000 lb hydrolic wench... had to go about 500 feet down in the bush...

yah ill be back working on my 260 next day or two...
