A Little Advice Please

I have a 78 280z. I went overseas and some vandals got to the vehicle and tore it up. The windows are gone; dings and dent everywhere; it looks like someone jumped on the hood and roof, interior is completely ruined b/c of water damage... The list keeps going. It really is a shame. Two years ago the car was running great and looked great.

Also, the frame is rusted pretty badly. At this point, what are my options? I am pretty sure it would be better to buy a new project car and start over but are there any options with the frame??

Thanks
Tanner McGraw

The frame can be fixed at a good body shop. it is a unibody construction and they make a repair kit for them. As for the rest of the car it depends on how much work you are prepared to do.

depending on where you live and the avaliability of Zs. Here in Oregon USA , I wouldent bother and look for another car. To repair the damage done will cost 4 times the cost of another car . There are 280 Z available and in drive able and nice for 3k and less. You are looking at 2k for glass and paint at least , with out any body work or interior. then the engine.
