List your 2.4L CAM choice

Anyone have dyno results with a headers/cam 2.4L 240Z?

I was thinking of something along the lines of a 230/240 or slightly larger, maybe another 10º tops, but do not know how this engine will react too it especially if I dont end up having the heads worked on.

With that in mind, what jets or other carb are you using with your cam?
