light covers
when I bought my Z, the car came with a set of original light covers (complete with recipt from 1977). the previous owner didnt install them because he didnt want to drill into the body. I want to install the covers, but dont want to drill into the body either, so I was wondering if anyone has found another method of fixing those little metal brackets to the car, without screwing them on.

Re: light covers
You could use double sided tape like some have but I've heard some horror stories with it flying off of the car. I also have headlight covers and I screwed them on for this very reason. If you really don't want to make holes on your original headlight bucket you could grab another set from a junker....paint that and drill holes into it. At least then you still have the originals and you will have the luxury of swapping them out if you decide to take them off in the future.
