L28

hey im in So Cal area, looking for an L28 turbo and the 3.1 litter stroker kit.

any sources or leads to those sources would be greatly apperciated.

there are no kits.

the easiest thing to do is find an L28et out of an 82-83 280zx (also came in 81 but the CAS sucks) and the stoker stuff youl need the V07 crank from a diesel L28 maxima, late L24 9MM rods and 89MM pistons (KA24)

its a well documented process and there should be an abundance of search results here and on hybridz

Their was a guy selling a complete turbo motor and a stroker crank for $650 in san diego a couple weeks ago on craigslist

I mean what needs to be rebuilt. does it just need the valve train re-assembled or does it need it all replaced, new valve seats, decking ect, what kind of shape are lifters in?
