ok, talked to the little asian man selling the car ($45 phone call) he clearly stated that he wont sell the car if its going over sea's period, he also says that he wont sell it to any man i send on my behalf to buy the car, but i have then since found a usdm car that is going to be my secrete project and nobody will see it until MSA...
