I have a 1979 fairlady 280z 2+2 special edition that I am trying to get restored. I live in Atlanta GA and I am trying to restore the car. It needs a lot of work and I don't have all the necessary funds to do it myself. How can I go about getting the car sponsored so that I can get as much of the work and parts provided for free. I have started talking to a motorsports shop that specializes in imports especialy Z series cars. I have not asked them about sponsoring my car yet because I do not know what buttons to push to get them to say yes. From what I understand they have not really ever had the chance to work on a Fairlady and not one so rare. I am hoping that I can also use this information to my advantage. Any information that anyone can provide me to get this task accomplished will be much appriciated.
