gauges went offline?

i got a 73 240 that seems to have an electrical problem.; I was driving it when the tach dropped to nothing and all my gauges went out. The choke light an fasten seat belt dont work now along with the turn signals? The alt. and regulator were replaced not to long ago. Anyone know what this could sond like?

ya check the fuses to see if they are blown, this happened to me when my dad shortened something out, just change the fues with a spare one and was perfect..
