gauge light dimmer switch

hey, my dimmer switch for my gauge lights went out. I was going to replace it, but I have no idea how to get to it. Help plz!

Its called the reheost but anyways i have an extra 1. If you are interested in buying it just let me know. Make me an offer and I will probably sell it for that. I'm not selling parts for a living or anything just trying to help some poeple out.
