Fiberglass Fenders

I was wondering about fiberglass fenders, do they have all of the correct mounting holes? are they designed to be bolted into place where the metal ones were?
Im just curious, no plans to buy any yet... yet =)

I have not heard of anyone buying their pieces from there so I'm not sure how the fit is.
