I currently have a 75 260z with an L28 in it with a P90 head. I also have a 240z that's not on the road for the time being but has a very good engine. The l28 needs a good rebuild in my opinion anyway. I wanted to swap the L24 with the E88 head into the 260z while I rebuilt the L28 but I'm not sure if the exhaust manifolds will bolt up to each other I was told different heads needed different exhaust manifolds. I need to put another engine in as I need the car for work and it's my daily driver.

The manifolds will bolt up the same.... only thing to consider when swapping parts is the head prior to the P-90 and aftyer the N-42 had round exhaust ports VS square.

Check the head on your 240z look for the id# E3100 its usually found between the number 1 and 2 spark plug. If you find this is the case I will buy the head from you.
