differential help!!!

Is this the stock diff for my '74 260z? it says 77 on it so I have my doubts if it is original

umm.. I don't think Nissan ever put a "year" mark on the differential. That's probably just some sort of mold number or part number.

It might say R180 on it...? I'm not sure! But I really don't think its from a 1977 Z-car! ;)
