You need to get the adaptors which you weld to the stock stub axle flanges on the outboard side. There is a place with an internet page which sells these, but I can't remember where. Anyone else happen to know it? I'll investigate it futher.
If you use an R180, the stock 280ZX turbo flanges will work with 240 stub axles, but the axles bind with the larger diff.
