Cowl/vent

Vents on the side of corvettes(newer) between the front tire and door.

Has anyone ever seen these on a z? I am talking to a guy who I think said he had them. Just wondering and looking for a picture if someone has one. I may have misunderstood him(he called it a cowl on the side of the car like a corvette) Anyone know about this?

I am going to assume your talking about the brake ducts on the Z06? Those are in front of the rear tire though, not near the front. The front brake ducting comes from the front of the car.

Those Ferrari replica body kits have the Ferrari style vents in those locations. They are not really functional from what I can see. If they were "functional", what would they do?
