Re: Coil Overs?

i am running GC coilovers. what would you like to know?

you can get them from www.strictlyz.com, they're running a special on 240z coilovers for 359 for a set of 4 ($40 cheaper than from ground-control.com), or ground-control.com has a combo with tokiko illuminas for something like 850.

www.outlaw-brakes.com also carries coilovers, and so does www.modern-motorsports.com

Re: Coil Overs?

you can lower your car quite a bit, but make sure you have camber plates to compensate for the immense negative camber you'll get from the drop. you don't really need to cut the tower if you have 5" sleeves = you need to grind off the spring perch and weld the ring that the sleeve sits on. Instructions are included with the coilovers, and look in the attachment to this post with a scan of one of the instruction sheets. the other one's a lot more detailed and graphical.
