blown crank bearing
 

can anyone tell me if a blown crank bearing on a 280Z is a major problem on the car and if it is hugely expensive to get fixed? I have the opportunity to buy one that is in good shape(and cheap) but it does have a blown crank bearing. Should I jump on this one or run.

its not hugely expensive, and if its hard to find a good bodied Zed in ur area then i'd jump at it, what part of the world are ya in...

if it is good bodied then its all good, mechanicals are easy to fix, body is a cow to do
