83 block with a 73 head?????

83 block with a 73 head?????
can my 1983 280zx block be bolted into a 1973 240z's head or will the car have problems with a fuel injected block and a carbed head?

It will bolt up just fine, it's just that you won't have the extra slot/hole dirlled in the top of the intake ports. Also, you'll be running smaller valves with soft seats.
