Here's the run down. I've removed the fuel tank and had it cleaned. I installed a fuel filter between the tank & fuel pump. I replaced;
  1. Fuel filter
  2. Fuel injectors
  3. Fuel Pressure Regulator
  4. Plugs
  5. Coolant Temperature Sensor

I drove the car for the first time since buying it. It drives fine when I'm just barely accelerating. But when I try to accelerate aggressively, it will sputter, to the point of dying if I don't lift my foot.

Any suggestions?
Thanks

Check your Throttle switch, its the little black box on the side of the throttle body. It may be dirty or damaged. Or just simply needing adjustment.

If that doesn't help you may want to check your AFM

check for a leak at boot between AFM and throttle thats assuming you have checked fuel pressure

I second the notion of the AFM boot leak, also may want to check the EGR valve and EGR valve tube if it hasnt been replaced yet, some simple things cause a world of trouble.

How do the spark plugs look ? Does it have a cat converter ?
