Speedometer Bulbs??

Speedometer Bulbs??
Does anyone know what the type and wattage is for the little bulbs in the speedometer for a '77 Z? I'd like to change the color of them too so if anyone has any suggestions on where I can locate these type of bulbs, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!! -jAy

about 4 watt. style 192 dash bulbs.
You can get a pair of "Superwhite Xenon" 192 bulbs at WalMart for $4.44 That's the cheapest I've found. Some of the other colored bulbs have cheap "paint" on the glass bulb and the paint fades away after a month or so. No good. The Xenon junk is light blue tinted gas inside the glass so it doesn't fade.
The color is also easy on the eyes. I think it would look good in the dash.
If you do buy red, green, or other colored bulbs, buy name brand ones that are expensive that way you have hope that they won't fade like my first set of cheap blue ones did.
