I have an extremely sloppy shifter. When I got under the car I thought it was the little washer spring that had given out. I didn't even realize there were supposed to be bushings in there. Guess mine rotted and died years ago. There's plastic ones on Ebay, but they're 18 bucks!

Does anyone know any brass substitutes or cheaper alternatives? Thanks!
