datsun b510
is it possible to cram a l28 into a b510? without too much modifying. or into a old 620 pickup. im sure the firewall would have to be moved back a little, or the radiator moved foward a pinch.. or both.. please reply with input. thanks

he's talking about a 510. I don't believe there is enough room (considering the fact that the 510's came with a 4 banger L series motor (either L18 or L20, I'm not too sure).
I think you'd be better off with a ka24 or an sr20. |
The L28 fits in a 510 or 620 truck if you remove the radiator. (up to you to decide where you put it) Plumb it into the bed of the 620 or the trunk of the 510.
The 620's front frame has to be cut out and lowered to clear the oil pump though. Not sure on the 510. The KA24DE puts down very similar hp and torque in stock form. |
