I assume you are talking about the 240Z L24 motor? There used to be an exhaust manifold adapter for them, but really rare these days. It would be much easier and effective to swap in a 280zx Turbo L28ET motor.

As in the 4.6L? A few people have done the 5.0 swap into S30's before... but a stock 4.6L would be a lot of work for not that much gain (210-240 crank hp depending on the year / version). But, it's your project, the sky is the limit (actually the green in your wallet is the limit). :D
