Any Z that you are willing to love and put your time, effort, and sweat (blood) into and you enjoy it, is a good project.

No such thing as a 280sx. (unless you take a 280zx engine and put it in an S13/14/15 chassis)

You can get some parts here, and there are lots of parts on ebay. And of course the salvage yard.

An advantage of a 240Z or 280Z is that not every other car is one (unlike the Mustang).

These Cars A beauty... I recommend it and if you're into Muscle cars the 280z or 240z chassis can take certain v8 motors. Parts are easy to find here, junkyards, craigslist.org or motorsportauto. Good Luck.:023:

I would like to keep the original engine but here in puerto rico there is no part for them in junkyards i think, its going to be really hard to find a 240z

which are the difference between 240z and 280z? i have seen many 280z

Displacement. All Datsun/Nissan Z cars 'number' relates to their displacement.

240z = 2.4L
260z = 2.6L
280z = 2.8L

And so on. It is still the S30 chassis.

DD= daily drive?? i use it as a daily drive and cant do many stuff to it cause of that, i use it for university and does not suit me waste to much gas
