Too much wheel clearance on front 75 2+2

A few years ago I had a guy replace my lowing spring. It seems that he may have install rear springs on the front, the rear is sagging and have no travel on front. With 17 in tires too much clearance. Do you think I got screwed??Just changed new front struts and mounts etc. no change i've been told all springs fit the front and rear housing/ seats. Only spring rates are different. Help

Are they lowering springs or stock springs installed?
Yes you can very much put them in backwards and have the rear squat and front jacked up a little. Can you get into the wheel wells and look at the coil, see if you can spot a number on them.
