Brake Lines?

Hi Folks!

Two job changes in the last three years, plus five years of autocrossing and I'm back again!

Need to know if there is a metric brake line supplier for our older Datsuns? I have been in one parts supplier, but they suggested going to the american brake lines and using adapters back to the metric threads at master cylinder, wheel cylinder - porportioning valve, etc. It seems to me that perhaps it would be easier just to find a metric line supplier, or possibly going ahead and converting as much as possible of the car lines to american size?

Can anyone point me in a direction for metric lines?

Thanks in advance!

Glad to see you made it back! :006:

Have you checked Napa Auto? I'm sure they have metric brake lines & parts. Also MSA (www.thezstore.com) and BDA (www.blackdragonauto.com) have brake parts.

Also check your phone book / online for local brake specialty warehouses.

If it comes down to it, you could always bend your own hard lines & go stainless steel caliper lines.
