Slotted mag ID

Can anyone help me identify the manufacturer of these rims? From a 1972, but no idea if they were the dealer installed rims. Only markings I can find on the back are Gardena Cal, and max wheel load 1580 lbs 14x?? Meets SEMA specs 5.1

Western Wheel was in Gardena Ca. None of the imports came with alloy wheels. There were other manufactures too.
