Need some help
So last night I turn on my lights and noticed a problem. The headlights turned on, but my dashboard lights didn't. So I couldn't see my speedometer or any gauges. I checked all my fuses, one was burnt out and I replaced it but the lights still don't turn on. From what I can tell there isn't even a fuse for those lights. Has anyone else had this problem with their car? Oh by the way it is a 1978 280Z. If anyone has any idea's please help out, thanks in advance.

ive had that problem occasionally on my 75 280. i usually just sit and turn the lights on and off with a little extra force and it usually works. sometimes it helps it if i hit the revs up a bit too, it generates more amperage and it just jumps the gap in the switch. of course, cleaning the contacts is a non-lazy, real fix to the problem but hey.....
