78z bumper interchangeable?

There's local 78 280z that Im interested in, it would be a cool project.
However bumpers on these cars are ugly. How easy is it to swap out to earlier chrome bumpers? What are modifications needed if any?

Nice, thanks for posting. I think I might do just a front bumper and delete rear one altogether for that clean look.
