You think that worn out 98 RWHP ZX is going to do any good at autocross
I forgot to mention that when I was standing at work station two that I was an
Admin on this site.
I was very impressed on how well the 2 + 2 ZX did yesterday . I will probably run
a borrowed Miata again and the next event before the Z comes out to play . It
might even be a new for me Z that I have been looking at .

Venemous,
You car just needs some TLC , and you need some seat time . If you upgraded
the suspension and wheel and tire package a bit you would be much faster. You had more HP then you could handle. I drove a stock Miata with worn out shocks on DOT
race tires and we were fairly quick on both days. Kept up and or beat the STI's and Evo. You forgot to mention the blue 240Z ITS car that was for sale on Ebay was there. We should make it to Yakima in April , but have to be back in Idaho by our
Event 1 on Sunday.

Yakima the 16 TH.
Well,
I got the car out and blew the dust off two weekends ago. I think the tires still have legal tread but need to check with a depth gauge. I need to adjust the steering wheel a bit, (not the nut behind the wheel!). Water pump is not leaking (apparently seeped a bit over winter from sitting) so I don't need to replace it yet. Clutch is lighter than the Audi, so need to get familiar with the car again. Do I need to reinstall my interior door panel to meet the techinal inspection? I still need to send in my money, but also plan to go to the next meeting on the 13 TH. of April in Pasco. Should run it to work a couple of days to get familiar with it again.
I got my go-go foot tuned up with a shot of cortisone to my "Plantar Fasciitis" ligament, and the foot is actually feeling better this week. I wonder why I waited so many months limping around?
I may drive the Z up to Yakima. I was thinking if the tires are low on tread, I would find a trailer and trailer it up, and then run the car hard through the course. If I drive up, I may have to swing through Prosser and rattle DAS280ZX windows of his house a couple of times and see if he will come out? I haven't heard if he is going to race at Yakima or not?
So I plan to be there Saturday the 16 TH, hopefully registered and running, or just helping out if they let me.
