Has any one ever put a 350 in a 1970s Toyota Corolla? I was at my cousins house and he has 3 Toyota Corolla from 1970s(1good one and 2 parts car) and I just thought that it would be one fast car if it had a bigger engine in it, it only weighs about 2300 pounds. my cousin said it would probaly be easier to put a better toyota engine in it rather than a 350 but just want to know if its possible. you would probaly have to replace suspension, drivechain, u joints and a bunch of other crap....

I've seen older Celicas with V8s but never in a 70's corolla. Here's a '80 corolla with a Lexus V8.
