No, I'm not dead...
I just realized it has been forever since I logged on here.
I decided I am tired of old cars... for now, until I buy a house with a garage.
This is my new toy! Literally LOL...
Finish strong with a sexy pose shot...
2004 Mazdaspeed MX-5 (grand touring) 19k miles
#2159 of 4000
Plans=
More boost
Less exhaust
Big *** brakes
16x9 wheels
drop
Intercooler upgrade
Cool stuff
Go ahead and poke your fun. This car is a blast to drive. And it performs like a monster.
And I started a new Z fund. Saving up for a white series 1 240z with a manual tranny. Let me know if you see one, lol.

Nice! Miatas are a blast to drive...even the regular ones, I can imagine how fun the MazdaSpeed would be.
Heres a white Series 1 240 I saw on Ebay:

Not too cheap though....

Thanks!
That series 1 is a little nicer than what I am looking for, haha. Not a huge fan of the blue interior, but that car would be awesome to own nonetheless. Definitely a survivor.

Other than being a chick car ( I had to say it ) it's definitely a sweet cruiser.
-RWD
-4cyl (not compromising mpg for performance)
-Turbocharged
-Hard top convert
-Red
-Quite decent wheels
-Looks like it has HID's?
-Already piped for an IC so upgrading won't be a nightmare
-It's an 04, so I would assume there's no warranty for Mazda to biotch about when you do upgrades.
How much did you buy it for (if you don't mind my asking) ?

I got an extended warranty, but most of the mods I do can be easily removed when it grenades. LOL I may just drive it stock for a while, it's nice the way it is.
Picked it up for 17k. I found a few without a hardtop or leather interior for 15k, but I figured the leather and hard top were worth the extra coin. It's just money anyways, haha. Not to mention the low mileage.
I got 28mpg on my first tank. Thats 1/2 city 1/2 highway with some spirited driving. Not bad, I bet I could pull off 30 if I tried. Only thing bad about that is it requires 91 octane.
It has halogen projectors, I may get some 4300k hid's in the future.
