I was thinking that a couple of them looked more like HDR than a filter, but I might be wrong. HDR is something that I'm still trying to get the hang of, just haven't tried it out again in a while. I do know, however, that HDR + Photoshop = SUCKS.

I think this is probably my best pic, but soon the car will be completely dent and scratch free with a fresh coat of paint, when I get it back from the shop.

This was right after I first got it. Looks clean anyway, eh?

Your **** is LOW man!

I really think it will look better with the black strip continuing on the front bumper. I think it will break it up a little bit, and give it a more defined look.

So today was the first time I ever ventured out of the comfort of the 280zx forum... and I just discovered this thread! I have taken up a bit of a photography hobby lately, so I have a bunch of shots of my Z, but I will just post my most recent and IMO best for now.

Enjoy!

What camera/lens are you using? Wireless flash? Triggers?

Canon XSi

That shot was taken with the Canon EF 135mm f/2L USM

4 speedlites were used, 2 with wireless triggers and the others triggered optically.

If you go through the images on my flickr I have posted a setup shot showing all the lights and detailing the power and position of each.

Here's my two favorite pics (mainly because they're the only up to date shots I have of the poor thing lol)

(don't ask about why I have those tiny *** tires on the front, and no, it's not to get her lower... lol)

EDIT: I also like this one alot, idk why, I just do :P

I'm running regular Tokico blue shocks all around with slip on coilovers on the front. The only thing I've run into problems with is tire clearance issues, I eventually had to get 1/4" spacers just to get the 195's to clear the perch/spring combo. (the 185's that are on it aren't much better...)

The biggest reason she's THAT low right now is because of the super small tires I had to get for the front (which are starting to grow on me... lol) With regular size tires on the front, the front lip had about 5.5" ground clearance (it's at 3.5 now)

And the rear is on regular old cut springs, I didn't feel right cutting up a brand new set of shocks to get the threaded collar on lol I'm not sure what I want to do for back springs just yet...

Pic using a graduated filter & adjusted contrast (though I think it's a bit too dark / under exposed).
