Sputtering when accelerating hard
Hey, proud Z owner and new to forum.
Yesterday I removed the intake off my 89 RHD Z32 to replace cam gaskets and valve cover gaskets. When putting back together everything seemed like it was back to what it was orginally but when I took it for a test drive and punched it, the car started sputtering and wouldn't go higher rpms. Almost as if it was starving for fuel. Checked all sensors. Seem to be good. I noticed that the springs in the coils were missing and injectors wiring pins were missing when putting back together. Just wondering if this could be the issue as why it's sputtering hard when flooring it. It is automatic as well. Boost leak seemed to have gotten louder as well. Was minimal before. Would appreciate some feedback!
