Z32_300ZX

Got a 94 300zx na A/T. Completely stock. When I start it up in the morning it starts up no problem, but then dies immediately. I have to start it and rev it for about a minute @ about 2k rpm so that it doesn't die. And then runs fine after that... It runs pretty awesome when it is cold, pretty good power and torque, but as soon as it starts to get hot it's very slow off the line. It is so bad that I got my butt kicked by an old lady in her Honda Fit. Lol. Any ideas as to what it may be please let me know. Thank you.
