Brake light warning

Why my 91 nissan 300zx tail warning light came on when i apply on my brake?

check and see if you're low on brake fluid.

You have the wrong bulbs in there. Generic bulbs have a different resistance, and its a measurement of resistance which tells the unit whether or not the bulbs are bad. If all of the bulbs are fine (keep in mind, there are many), it's because at least one of them is of the wrong type. If all the bulbs are, in fact, fine... just put a piece of electrical tape over the indicator.

The Indicator? on the dash or somewhere on the car?

hey i have the same problem
both tail lights are fine for me too, but the indicator still comes on

Had same problem. All I had to do was top off the brake fluid even though it looked to be within the correct range. It used to happen when I was parked with my foot on the brake. The light would flicker sometimes then would stay steady. I couldn't find any bad bulb.

Hmm that's interesting. My brake fluid is in good but i guess i can top it off to and see whats up.
wouldnt hurt to try ahaha
