Camber Alignment

Just got the Z convertible Saturday. Took it in for alignment and they said they couldn't adjust the camber which was out of spec. What do y'all recommend? New struts/shocks? Another adjustable suspension component? This is my first Z. More familiar with American muscle.

Being in this area of the forum I'm assuming 300zx, but you have a valid point rogerz. Is the car stock? If a stock car is out of alignment and can't be brought back to stock spec it kind of sounds like it was in an accident. I guess it could also be majorly worn bushings etc. but your alignment guys should have told you about loose joints if you had any.

I remember when I was changing out my suspension components there were cammed bolts that allowed for minute camber adjustment. Maybe only 1 degree total, but still an amount. Either way, if your stock components are out of alignment to the point where you can't go back to stock spec, something's wrong.

Hey bengraham how out of spec was the camber? Did you get a sheet listing the before and after alignment figures? How squishy does your ride feel?
