Looking to buy set of 4 BF Goodrich Radial T/A’s and found a really good deal for my ’86 N/A. I don't drive it much, put less than 2k miles on it per year. The tires that are on sale have a load/speed rating of 93/S (up to 112 mph). My '86 owner’s manual calls for the tires’ load/speed rating to be 90/H (up to 130 mph).

Will I have an trouble with the these new tires if I run with them?

Also, can I use another size safely instead of the standard 215/60R 15?
Tire alternative chart has:
195/65R 15 @ -0.8%
205/65R 15 @ +1.2%
225/60R 15 @ +1.6%

How often do you plan on driving faster than the S rating on the BF Goodrich radials?

if you continually drive at 130 mph then yes. If you just putt around town or the occasional drive in the country at legal speeds then most any boots will do.
