Hit a possible snag:1 989 300zx na2t conversion

Hi folks.

We'll I have been gathering up parts for my na2t conversion on my 89. Here is the list of parts I have so far:
-Turbo cross member
-ECU from an 89 Turbo
-turbo engine brackets
-89 turbo injectors

..and turbo. And here is the "snag". I bought the turbo for pretty cheap (70 bucks) and was going to send it to Joel at Arizona Turbo for a rebuild...but after I got it it turned out to be a T25 off an 88 z instead of a T3 off an 87z. This was my fault because I misread the listing.

At any rate I looked around and can't seem to find a T3 anywhere. The engine will be rebuilt to the stock na specs and 9:1 compression ratio. Plan on running nothing more than 10 lbs of boost max. See if I can get into the 220-240 rwhp range. So here is my dilemma.

1. Will I be good to just get Joel to rebuild the T25 for $200 and run with that?

2. Should I cut my losses and keep searching for a T3 turbo from an 84-87 Z and have Joel rebuild it.

Thoughts? Only asking that because seems that the T25 is not highly thought of.

Contact Z Parts Warehouse. That's Eddie Radatz's shop. He might have a line on a T3. I also know some other people who might have a line on a T3 if that's the way you want to go.

Edit: By the way, I live in NE Forsyth County.

Small world! I work for UPS at their data center off McFarland since 2001. I actually own a home in White county but am in Cumming 90% of the time and plan on selling this house and buying around Nw Forsyth around the Matt/ Doc Bramlett Rd area.

Yeah I would prefer a t3 setup. I'll contact z parts and see if they have one. Anyone with an extra t3 for a z31 let me know. I plan on sending it to Arizona Turbo for a rebuild regardless if condition.
