Hello everyone. First post here. I've had an 86 z31 for almost 3 years now. Last week I was driving to work and it stalled out in the middle of a long bridge. Not fun! I was unable to start it at first. After being towed to a garage it would start again. The mechanic noted that 2 fuel injectors were leaking. I couldn't afford the $800 to fix so I did myself. Now it will start but is very sluggish. Undrivably so. Everything seems to be reconnected right. I also replaced plugs and wires. I am at a lost as to what caused it to stall in the first place and why I can't get any power out of it. I need the car for work and am poor as a church mouse during the slow winter. Any help would be great. Thanks.

Start by pulling the diagnostic codes... it's the most simple and easiest way to figure out what's going on: XenonZcar.com Z31 ECU Diagnostics

Also check that you've reinstalled the spark plug wires in the proper firing order. And disconnect the MAF plug to see if that makes a difference. Also, I'm hoping you already have the FSM if you've done a fuel injector replacement, but if not, download it right now... because it also contains amazing trouble shooting steps:

There is/ was a TSB update
where nissan will replace the injectors and wiring on 84 to 86 Z31 for fuel leaks ,I got it on mine after a DSM consultation
​​​​​​​and a dealer may have the break out box tool to see live data
