rear wheels kinked in.. is this normal??
Hey all.. I've noticed that the rear wheels on my Z31 appear to be totally off camber. They kinda flare out from the top down. I mentioned this to a friend of mine with the same year Z as mine, and he mentioned that this was normal.
Is that true? I think it looks like crap. Do I need to replace some bushings or something? If anybody knows what I'm talking about or have a similar experience, I'd appreciate it..
Thanks

There is camber in the rear but line up the Zs and see if it is any different. It's kind of hard to say if anything is wrong without seeing it. But it is normal to have some noticeable camber in the rear.

It is common for this to happen. As the rear springs begin to wear out, the Z31 will squat more in the rear, thus causing more negative camber. You could get new OEM springs for the rear and/or a camber kit that would allow you adjust some of the negative camber out. You will notice that the Z31 wears the insides of the rear tires much more than the outsides. This is the downside of running too much negative camber.

for the most part its a good thing...to much could be bad because of tire wear but otherwise it helps cornering. The Z suspension is POOP ive noticed mine today...it is like a BOAT! oh its horrible...i cant wait till i get my rims sold and i can afford some new springs and shox.
