No Brakes
Hello all! I have a 1989 Z31 non turbo it has been sitting now for about 6 months, just waiting for the time and the money to work on it. Anyways I tried to start my car yesterday and realized I have no brakes. The pedal goes easily to the floor, it has no pressure at all. I think it might be the Master Cylinder. Or the Power Brake Booster. Could any of you guys help me with this?

if your booster were bad you pedal would usually have a lot of pressure with no stopping power. I would opt toward the master cylinder, break lines, calipers or wheel cylinders. if your fluid level is good in the master cylinder. bleed the breaks. replace the expended fluid and pump the brakes, if the fluid goes down you have a leak somewhere.easy enough to find by pushing your vehicle to dry ground before you pump. if your fluid does not go down at this point and still have no pressure it is more than likely your master cylinder
