lowering springs

hey.. i was at MSA the other day and was asking about the lowering springs and shocks and stuff... but he told me that if i want to lower my car.. that i would have to fix my camber and stuff... so was wondering how that works or what i need to do? do i just take it to a shop and let them do it or can i do it my self.. or is mod. nessacery?

for a simple 1 to 1.5" drop just put in some 1" ball joint spacers. That will keep your lower a-arm down at the same or close to the same angle and the camber will not be a problem.

I dropped my car 1.5" in front with 1.5" spacers and I have no camber issue. this is of course just visual inspection. I dont' know what deg my camber is.

search this section of the forum for ST spring install. that is where I have pics of my car with the drop or see my car in the Zgarage section of this website.
