Nice Work

Good thread, lots of nice interiors, good work guys, I think ZZzzz has some very valid points, it really all depends on your budget, always nice to have the best available, with that said Icece9 interior looks pretty sharp and Marlon's too. Just goes to show a little ingenuity goes a long way. After 30 plus years a Z can get pretty ratty, but you guys are living proof that it is worth the effort. Cheers to everyone, keep it up. Post more pics of reworked interiors !

I agree, this is a great threadWe just got our Z back from the glass shop last nite and we are about to start on the interior this morning. The best price quote ive seen so far 220-300 per seat and we are going with the black vinyl new foam and leather front in dark blue. In all fairness I live in San Diego and there are upholstery guys on almost every block here in town. but there is one guy who works out a garage(its a row of garages) and hes an old timer....really knows his stuff that im leaning twards. pix are on my phone I will post some up.

Hey, I'm thinking about doing the same to my new Z. If you don't mind my asking, about how much did redoing the upholstery run you?
