280zx Paint Chip codes

280zx Paint Chip codes
My 280zx was built in the 7th month of 79 (making it a 80 I guess), and I have done a total body resto. I want to order the original paint for it but Im having trouble finding it. Where the paint chip code is the number was never written down from the factory. It is a red wine metallic, It may also be called tagoda red but I'm not sure. I even called nissan here in Kelowna but they are to new of a store to have any records on the 280zx. I would really like some help on finding the original paint code or the ppg paint code. If anyone could help me out that would be great because I am entering the second coat of primer and would like to get the paint oredered as soon as possible.

That year the only option was 2-seater, 2+2, or ZXR. T-tops and turbo had not come out yet.
I think I know where to find the code for the 280zx's silver color that year. What color (in general) was your 280zx?

1983 280 zx turbo paint codes?
Does anyone know where i can get the paint codes for 1983 280 zx turbo the car looks pewter very light but also looks like a french beige color. does not have the code behind the battery or on the radiator support.
